Why The Foundation Is Here

For ten years, the Foundation has worked with the Cégep Heritage College to provide support to continuing Heritage College students so that they could complete their studies without taking on too much debt for common expenses like food, housing and transportation.  Those are some of the same challenges students face today.  If you are an alumna/us or know one and would like to support students through the Foundation, please get in touch with us!

"Upon receiving the bursary at the awards ceremony, I called my husband to tell him which bursary I received and he went very quiet on the phone.  I asked him if everything was okay and he said, yes, everything is going to be okay.  I cried.  My husband was worried about the upcoming semester and was preparing to tell me that I may need to take a semester off because the costs of travelling to school had added up and we needed to get caught up on the bills. Your foundation has made it possible for me to persevere.  From the bottom of my heart, I thank you.  Thank you so much for making this happen and allowing me to continue my education."
