Our co-op programs at CÉGEP Heritage College have been designed to meet the changing needs of the labour market. Each co-op program focuses on extensive practical, project-oriented delivery, with industry-knowledge and gained experience in a small, supportive classroom environment. Students are available for a work term placement of 3+ months during the summer (May to August).

The recruitment period usually begins in January and continues throughout the Winter semester (January to May).
Contact the Co-op Coordinator to discuss your employment needs.
Submit a job description/offer to hire a student.
Receive job applications from interested candidates via the Co-op Coordinator.
Select an applicant(s) for interview.
Select your preferred candidate(s).
Sign a Work Agreement Contract outlining the job duties, timeline, and salary.
Complete a work performance evaluation.
