CÉGEP Heritage College has a team of volunteers who have been certified as Trained First Aider which is recognized by the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la Santé et de la Sécurité du Travail (CNESST). This certification is valid for a 3-year period.
The role of all trained first aiders is to help or assist in case of an emergency.
A green cross sign is advertised outside the door of all our Trained First Aiders for easy reference for all students and personnel. In case of an emergency, the Information Office personnel (control center) contact them to help assist the injured person until the ambulance arrives.
