Lump sum payment of $100 for students: Application procedure

When the Québec budget was presented on March 25, 2021, a lump sum payment of $100 per term for full-time college and university students was announced. The measure aims to acknowledge the difficulties experienced by the students during the COVID-19 health crisis during the fall 2020 and winter 2021 terms.

Eligible students will be asked to fill out the lump-sum application starting July 2, 2021 through their Omnivox account.  Payments will be made starting on September 15, 2021.

If a student is unable to complete the process through their Omnivox account they would need to complete their application in a printable format (PDF), and send their application to the Registrar’s Office of their institution. Please contact registrar@cegep-heritage.qc.ca.

For more information on the process and the eligibility criteria for the lump sum payment for students, please consult the Ministère’s website: https://www.quebec.ca/index.php?id=11770
