“…. Our next generation of young leaders needs to be open, reflective, resourceful and able use their diversity as a strength as they take on the complex challenges of a very uncertain future.” This article focuses on the importance of creating intentional, integrative learning opportunities that prepare students for the real world while preserving the rigour of academic disciplines. Although it speaks directly to Universities, this article addresses many of the goals found in our program ministerial guidelines, such as communication, collaboration, literacy, creativity, not to mention our own Mission Statement.
