From tacos to salsas and more, this non-credit course is perfect for beginner cooks or anyone who wants to explore new flavours in a fun, social setting. Get ready to chop, season, taste, and enjoy a delicious shared meal with your classmates.
You'll press and cook your own tortillas, build richly spiced tinga filling, char sweet corn elote-style, and whip up classic guacamole and pico. A colorful, festive evening with bold, delicious flavors.
