Course Description

Bring the flavors of Mexico to your own kitchen. You'll press and cook your own tortillas, build richly spiced tinga filling, char sweet corn elote-style, and whip up classic guacamole and pico. A colorful, festive evening with bold, delicious flavors.

  • Classes include a mix of chef demonstrations, independent work, and hands-on group cooking.
  • Participants may not make every menu item listed.
  • Open to ages 16+
