In this lively, hands-on cooking class at CÉGEP Heritage College, you’ll learn how to prepare an authentic Mexican feast using fresh ingredients, traditional techniques, and just the right amount of spice. From tacos to salsas and more, this non-credit course is perfect for beginner cooks or anyone who wants to explore new flavours in a fun, social setting. Get ready to chop, season, taste, and enjoy a delicious shared meal with your classmates.

Course Description

You'll press and cook your own tortillas, build richly spiced tinga filling, char sweet corn elote-style, and whip up classic guacamole and pico. A colorful, festive evening with bold, delicious flavors.
