Transport your taste buds to Thailand! This hands-on, non-credit cooking class at CÉGEP Heritage College invites you to explore the bold and complex flavours of Thai cuisine. Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, you’ll learn to prepare a full Thai meal—from appetizers to main dishes—using fresh herbs, aromatic spices, and traditional techniques. Whether you’re new to cooking or a seasoned foodie, this workshop offers a delicious experience filled with learning, laughter, and a shared feast at the end.
You’ll learn how to balance the sweet, sour, salty, and spicy elements of Thai cuisine as you build a green curry from scratch, roll delicate veggie spring rolls, and finish with a lightly caramelized mango dessert. A perfect intro to Southeast Asian cooking.
