Course Description

Transport your tastebuds to Thailand with this vibrant, aromatic meal. You’ll learn how to balance the sweet, sour, salty, and spicy elements of Thai cuisine as you build a green curry from scratch, roll delicate veggie spring rolls, and finish with a lightly caramelized mango dessert. A perfect intro to Southeast Asian cooking.

  • Classes include a mix of chef demonstrations, independent work, and hands-on group cooking.
  • Participants may not make every menu item listed.
  • Open to ages 16+
