Under the guidance of an experienced chef, you’ll learn how to prepare fillings, shape and fold dumplings using traditional techniques, and cook them to perfection. Whether steamed, pan-fried, or boiled, you’ll explore various cooking methods and enjoy a delicious shared meal. No prior experience needed—just bring your appetite!
