Mastering Stress at Work workshop

Failure because of stress isn't shameful, but succeeding despite stress is a lot more impressive!

To have a good life at work, you have to admit the existence of pressure, seek to recognise its manifestations, and not let yourself be influenced by the discomfort that others may experience. Uncontrolled stress is the cause of strong emotional reactions and inappropriate behaviour. It disrupts emotional balance and contributes to burnout. 

Targeted outcomes

The Mastering Stress at Work workshop aims to help you: 

  • discover the influence of behaviours on your personal well-being
  • identify ways to increase the mastering of your moods
  • develop techniques and attitudes for reducing harmful stress and increasing good mental health

Training options

The Mastering Stress at Work workshop is available in two different forms: as a private cohort or a public cohort. 

  • In the private cohort, this two-day training is customized for your business'/organizations' specific needs and offered to your employees only, (minimum of 5 persons). Together, we determine the training dates and location -at your offices or at Cégep Heritage College's main campus.  To reserve your private cohort, please contact us. 
  • In the public cohort, this training regroups employees from various businesses, private and public institutions and organizations. The training is held at Cégep Heritage College's main campus.

Training grants

Cost per person

$825.00/person - workbook and taxes included

Reimbursement policy

In the event we need, or you need to cancel, here are the terms:

  • training cancelled by the College: 100 % reimbursement
  • training cancelled by the client: subject to ten (10) working days notice  - reimbursement of any payment made, minus $30.00 administration fee
  • training cancelled by the client: less than ten (10) working days - no reimbursement
  • all absences at training: no reimbursement


You/your business is invoiced upon registration. Payment is due before the training.
