Pasta and wine — a match made in culinary heaven! This hands-on, non-credit workshop at CÉGEP Heritage College is designed for anyone who wants to explore the magic of pairing delicious pasta dishes with complementary wines. Guided by an experienced instructor, you'll learn about flavour profiles, regional pairings, and how to create harmony between food and drink. Taste, learn, and enjoy a gourmet evening full of practical tips and memorable flavours. No wine expertise required—just bring your curiosity and appetite!

Course Description

In this cozy fall class, you’ll make your own fresh fettuccine, explore two classic sauces (plus customizable variations), and prepare a crisp arugula salad. You'll also enjoy a curated wine pairing and discussion designed to complement the meal.
