Course Description

In this cozy fall class, you’ll make your own fresh fettuccine, explore two classic sauces (plus customizable variations), and prepare a crisp arugula salad. You'll also enjoy a curated wine pairing and discussion designed to complement the meal.

  • Classes include a mix of chef demonstrations, independent work, and hands-on group cooking.
  • Participants may not make every menu item listed.
  • Open to ages 16+
