Hatha Flow Yoga

Description:
Gentle Flow - This gentle Hatha practice incorporates meditation, classical asanas (postures), an introduction to pranayama (breath work) and deep final relaxation. Suitable for beginner and intermediate practitioners.

Description: Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. Classes are fun, energetic and will make you feel amazing. No dance experience required.

Description: Join us for a fun hour of spinning with upbeat music to get your heart pumping. The classes are appropriate for all experience levels. There are only 11 spots available and are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Remember to bring a water bottle!

Pound Fit

Description: Sweat, Sculpt & ROCK with POUNDFIT, the fastest growing group fitness phenomenon inspired by the sweat-dripping, infectious, energizing fun of drumming! POUND is a full body cardio jam session that gives you the permission to rock using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks called Ripstix that will be provided at each course. Classes taught will be offered in advanced and modified version.
