The Registrar's Office is responsible for the following services:

For Transcript Requests

Former students wishing to obtain transcripts of College Studies must print and complete the Transcript Request Form, and either scan the completed form and email it to Student Services, or return the completed form to Student Services.

Commissioner of Oaths
This service is available free of charge from the Financial Assistance Office or the Registrar's Office in cases where government agencies require a formal written statement, affidavit, certified document, or sworn declaration to attest to a fact. Please note that passport requests cannot be processed.
